A direction we agree on.
The opportunity, the business model, and the priorities are decided together.
Bring your market knowledge or your technical craft. Araya joins as a co-founder to build the product, win the first customers, and run the business with you.
Araya builds software businesses alongside founders who want to be hands-on.
We start from a problem worth solving and a market that needs it solved. Then we run the company together: making the calls, building the product, finding customers, and preparing for growth.
Find your roleThe opportunity, the business model, and the priorities are decided together.
Your experience meets a team and the backing Araya brings.
Roles, responsibilities, and equity are on the table from day one.
With Araya, you can build a software business that uses AI to get work done for customers. The business model defines what customers receive and how they pay. Here are three models we can explore together.
Customers pay monthly or annually to use AI-powered software for recurring work. We build a product they keep using and improve it with their feedback. Revenue comes from active subscriptions, so product quality and customer satisfaction are key to keeping the business growing.
Customers pay for the amount of work the AI processes. We define the unit of usage and its price upfront, so customers can start small. Revenue grows as usage increases, while we manage the cost of each task to keep the business profitable.
We turn a service into a software product that delivers a defined result. AI does the main work, with human review where needed. Customers pay for each result that meets agreed criteria. Pricing covers both processing and review, so quality and delivery costs matter to the business.
We choose the model together, based on customer needs, willingness to pay, and the cost of delivering the product.
You focus on the strengths you already have. We fill in the rest of the business together.
We set the business model, targets, and priorities together. Araya does the work, makes the calls, and reviews the results with you. Roles and ownership are agreed from the start.
Software development is where we come from. We design the product around problems customers genuinely have, with AI built into how the product works and how the team runs the business.
How you get customers is part of the plan from day one. Araya brings marketing, media, and business networks to test the message, open conversations, and grow sales.
Not everything needs to be designed from scratch. We have working playbooks across functions, from operations to marketing. We apply what is relevant and adapt it to the business.
Testing an opportunity, building the product, and scaling are different needs. Funding is discussed based on stage, readiness, and the business plan — with the structure and amount agreed together.
We are looking for partners who want to help run the business. There are two ways in, depending on your experience and where you are strongest.
You have run a business, sold to customers, or spent years inside one industry. You want to turn that experience into the next software business.
You build software and you are curious about what AI makes possible. Now you want ownership, with a partner who covers the market and operations side.
Product and customers are there, but growth has started to stall? We can talk about a partnership to strengthen the business, extend the product, and widen your reach.
Every business takes a different path. We start by getting to know each other, then decide the move that makes the most sense.
Start a CollaborationTell us about your experience, the market you understand, and the business you want to build. We will see whether our vision and working style fit.
We talk to potential customers, validate the need, and shape the business model. Roles, ownership, and support are agreed before we begin.
Build the product that is needed, meet the first customers, and learn from how they respond. Business, product, and marketing move together.
From what is already working, we strengthen the team, tighten operations, and widen marketing. Funding follows what the next stage requires.
Araya co-founds and helps run software businesses alongside its co-founders. We bring business development, an engineering team, marketing, playbooks, and stage-appropriate funding. This model is known as a venture studio. The goal is to build companies together for the long run.
We look for partners who want to be directly involved. You might bring experience running a business and a read on the market, or the craft to build software. We complement each other, share the responsibility, and do the work together.
To start something new, no. Your market understanding or technical skill can be the starting point. If you already have a SaaS with customers, there is a partnership track to discuss growing what is already running.
We look for work our customers do that could be done meaningfully better with AI, then design the product around that need. AI also supports our internal work, development, and marketing. How far we take it depends on the benefit, the reliability, and how much human oversight the task deserves.
Araya comes in as a co-founder and holds equity in the business we build together. The split is discussed based on role, time, capital, and contribution. Everything is agreed before the work starts.
Funding follows the need, the stage, and the readiness of the business. We study the opportunity and the plan first, then talk about the form, size, and timing of support. The funding agreement is part of the wider partnership discussion.
Yes. We can discuss a partnership based on where your business actually is. Tell us about the product, the customers, the revenue, and what is holding growth back. From there we can see whether Araya can help through business development, product, marketing, or capital.
The Araya team is based in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, and we are open to partners across Indonesia and beyond. How we work, the time it takes, and day-to-day communication are things we agree on together.
Fill in the Start a Collaboration form and pick the track that fits. If there is a match, we will reach out by email or WhatsApp within 5 working days. That first conversation is a chance to get to know each other before going deeper.
Bring your experience, your ideas, and your ambition.
Let’s see what we can build as co-founders.
