Privacy Policy

Araya.ID (“Araya”, “we”) is an AI-first venture studio based in Indonesia. This policy explains what information we collect when you use araya.id, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022).

Information we collect

  • Forms. When you apply through /partner or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, email, WhatsApp number, role, company or business details, links, and your message.
  • AI assistant conversations. When you use our AI assistant, we store your business profile, the conversation, and the summary it produces so you can resume the session and our team can follow up.
  • Voice input. If you choose to dictate, your audio is sent to a speech-to-text provider to be transcribed. We keep the text, not the recording.
  • Technical data. Our server records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser, and time) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

  • To respond to you and evaluate a possible partnership or project.
  • To run the AI assistant and prepare an initial assessment of your workflow.
  • To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing and service providers

Our AI assistant is an AI system, not a human. Your messages are sent to a third-party large language model provider to generate replies. Depending on our configuration this may include Anthropic (Claude API) or other model providers. These providers process the data on our behalf under their commercial terms, and under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through the Claude API is not used to train its models.

We also use hosting and infrastructure providers, and an internal messaging service (Telegram) to notify our team about new submissions. AI-generated output can be inaccurate; our team reviews it before any decision is made.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on servers we control. We keep submissions and conversations for as long as they are needed to follow up with you and to keep business records, then delete or anonymise them. Your browser keeps a session token in local storage so you can resume an unfinished conversation; you can clear it at any time.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

Children

Araya.ID is intended for founders and businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
